Friday, July 3rd: Handbag collection deadline!! Please bring your purse donation to any of our drop off locations before Friday, July 3rd!
Monday, July 13th: LIVE AUCTION bags will be revealed!!
Wednesday, July 15th: MOBILE BIDDING BEGINS on all silent auction items!
Thursday, July 16th: Virtual Event begins at 7:00PM
Friday, July 17th: Handbag curbside pick-up at Eaton Roofing offices (old Dillons building on 30th next to Adams Brown Beran & Ball) 11:00AM - 1:00PM
Handbag Drop-off Locations:
-Edward Jones, Office of Will Thacker: 1441 E. 30th Avenue Suite B (next to UPS Store / Firehouse Subs) 8:00AM - 12:00PM Monday - Friday
-Absolutely Flowers & Absolutely Home: 1328 N. Main, 8:00 - 5:30PM Monday - Friday; 8:00AM - 2:00PM on Saturdays
-Cancer Council of Reno County- please call 620-665-5555 before dropping off your donation
Small Gatherings:
While we will miss being together this year, we feel it is best to continue observing safe health practices due to Covid-19. If you wish to share in this event with friends, we are encouraging registered guests to join together in small gatherings (12-15 people). If you know someone who is planning to host a party for the auction, please contact Katie Thacker. All hostesses will be registered to ensure each gathering has access to the technology needed to stream the event; tech support for mobile bidding, etc.
